“They came to collect my car 25 minutes late, by the time they arrived I don't really rang the three times and they said they were busy,but and tried to blame me and said they're not paying for the time in the parking space, we ended up paying £11 on top for the time for them to come and the time I got there, I will tell anybody that will listen steer clear of them they're no good, they have never heard of customer service and will never get 10 pence out of me again”

“Easy and efficient way to park at Heathrow T5. I've been very happy with the service. Even when we've arrived early to drop the car off the EL team have been able to accommodate the change. On arrival simply phone to say you've landed and then again once you've picked up your luggage and the car is delivered back to the short stay car park. I've rarely had to wait more than 5-10 mins for the car to be delivered and usually it is there waiting for me.”
“Late turning up when we dropped our car off by over 10 mins. for a premium service I dont want to have to ring before I arrive for departure, and twice when landed as their standard procedure…flight number should be tracked.”
