“We found them very helpful and made everything easy. When we booked our flight was from terminal 3 which is where we booked the meet & greet. Checking in 24 hours before the flight had changed to terminal 5
. Phoned Edward Lloyd who said it was not a problem just go to terminal 5”
“Terrible, if you come back slightly off time they will charge you £40 cash to give to the driver. Just as a note I subsequently found in their T&C it should be £30. No receipt given. Took ages to get car back too!”

On arriving back into UK followed the instructions and car was dropped off quickly I would say a 10 minute wait.
