“The greeter was very prompt, meeting us at 5.30am for our flight. It was not quite so smooth on our return as our flight landed early, but both drivers were very polite and easily contactable”
“I was a little apprehensive as there were a couple of mixed reviews, but the whole process was incredibly smooth both leaving and returning. I had initially put the wrong arrival time on my booking, so when I emailed to correct it I got a reply within a couple of hours sorting it all out.
I actually was called by the greeter about one minute before I was going to call him to say when I was arriving. When I drove up (clear instructions given) the greeter was there to meet me and pick up the car. The car park was right in the terminal, so it was very quick to get to the desk.
On the way back I called on landing and baggage collection as instructed, and when I got out there was a wait of just a few minutes until the car arrived.
Both greeters were lovely, friendly and polite, and the whole experience was superb. Next time I park and fly I'll definitely be using this service.”
