“Communication excellent throughout. Arriving at T3 Heathrow and picking up at T3. Wait time was acceptable, minimal. Only issue was the payment at departure T3 which is known about, but may be quicker to add it to the payment when booking, saves time as there was a problem with the card payment machine.”

If I had known, my van was going to be taken off to another car park, I was going to have to pay the £7.50 toll for the car park and then not know where my van was going… then wait around for 15 minutes afterwards, to get back in my van with a sweaty seat… I would have just used the normal parking…”
