“Followed their procedure of calling once at landing & again at lugguage collection. No more communication until I called again only to be told the car has been left in the car park and my keys have been left on the wheel arch & the ticket on the dash board - not meet & greet, more 'left & discarded'! I wonder how it would of played out if the car would of be stolen? Call backed & no explaination given.”

“Had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be brought to the collection point. They said it was a busy period but it completely defeats the object of using a meet and greet service as we could have got off-site parking with a bus transfer for much cheaper and would have taken the same time to reach the car.”
“Despite using meet and greet,we were staying at a Heathrow hotel for an early morning flight the following day. They suggested they pick up the car from the hotel saving on entry fees at terminal 5 carpark. On our return we rang as instructed and waited only 10 minutes for our car.....excellent .”
