“We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern, and we had a good nights sleep. We paid extra for breakfast which offered a very good selection of both English and Continental options, with good customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely use again”
“We booked into a room which was cosy and warm. However, the room we were given meant that there was continues noise with water in the pipes resulting in very little sleep. Had early flight, so felt we had no sleep therefore not worth the money.”
“Room and restaurant ok, nothing special. Be aware of hidden service charges though. It was only after I'd checked the bill later that I noticed the added service charge. It may have been in the small print on the bar and restaurant menus but it isn't obvious that a service charge will be added.”
“Toilet sink blocked and leaked onto the floor which my wife did slip on in the night when she went to the loo. Told desk staff in the morning with a response of yeah OK I'll get that looked at, no question if my wife was OK or not.”
