“The location was good for London Gatwick, there was plenty of parking. The evening meal in the restaurant was expensive but tasty.
We wanted to order breakfast in bed however the app for room service did not work.
The room was pretty worn especially the leather desk chair which was threadbare in multiple places and in my opinion a shameful reflection of the Holiday Inn brand. That chair needed to be binned or recovered months of not years ago.
The lack of bedside sockets in the room was also disappointing.”
“The service and reception were good, with facilities for food and drink available if somewhat overpriced for the choice available. Although the rooms had all the facilities and were quiet the decor and furnature were somewhat tired and distressed.”
