“Great location, spacious clean room, but the bed was awful, lumpy and squeaked whenever we moved, husband slept on the floor in the end. Poor nights rest.
We used the restaurant, food was great, service atrocious and they added another tables bill into ours, fortunately we paid as we went and didn’t add it to the room or we would have had a significant issue at check out.”
“Hotel and accommodation great. Found food very expensive and not worth the price (I e chicken on Caesar salad dry and inedible). Drinks expensive too but in today's world, probably the same everywhere!”
“Very pleasantly surprised . Huge room with 2 very comfortable king size beds . Good atmosphere in hotel bar. Airport Parking arrangement very convenient . Check in and out very efficient . Would definitely recommend”
“Unfortunately no plug sockets anywhere on the bed side tables or near to them. All across the other side of the room. My husband has a cpap machine and could not use it as lead wouldn’t reach. Restaurant fine staff fine”
“Big family room, quiet and clean. Had Netflix available on the television if you wanted it. Kids eat free in the restaurant with a paying adult and the food is really good. Plus all the staff we came in to contact with were friendly, helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. Can't fault it! Perfect place to stay if you need to pick up a horribly early flight at Gatwick.”
