“Room was fine, reception very welcoming. The staff in the restaurant were friendly enough however, when I found a piece of rubber in my food, I was made to feel it couldn't have possibly been their fault it got there. We were offered a drink on the house; we didn't ask for anything, we just wanted some responsibility to be taken.
When it came to paying the bill, we tried to pay with cash, were told it was card only, which was fine, however, the staff seemed to have a little inside joke about us trying to pay with cash. This left a bit of a sour taste.”
