“Booked this as a package with APH parking . Huge bedroom and vathroom. Immaculately clean. 2 beds in the room.
Used as overnight stay for an early morning Gatwick flight.
Highly recommended and will use again”
“It was awful! There were ants in the bed, the customer service was atrocious. My sisters and I felt very unwelcome in the hotel. The person who checked us in was very dismissive and kept rolling his eyes when I asked a question.
We asked if they could help us with the AC as it was very hot…22 degrees and they never turned up. There were ants in the bed and we asked for a room change and they said we were being dramatic! It was the worse hotel and I am prepared to cancel my next stay there due to the discomfort I experienced. I do not think this was worth the money and I would like a refund back.”
“Used for overnight stay prior to early flight from Gatwick. Clean & perfect for requirements. Unfortunately our ‘early morning wake up call’ was overlooked but thankfully our mobile phone alarms woke us.
Would use again.”
“Very clean and modern hotel not far from APH parking. Staff all very pleasant. We ate in the restaurant which was well populated. The food was perfectly nice and averagely priced.
My only issue was that the lift was out of order and we were allocated a room on the top (second) floor. No offer to help with cases so we, both in our sixties, had to lug them up 4 flights of stairs. Additionally, our room was for disabled guests, which we had not requested. Moreover, it begs the question as to why there is a disabled room on the top floor especially when the lift isn’t working.
Anyway, I am sure the lift is now fixed so this would not deter me from staying again.”
