“A very comfortable place to stay for one night before a flight. Room, bar and restaurant were all very pleasant and the staff were friendly and very efficient.”

I thought I might have dropped my driving licence when paying for dinner and my wife rang the hotel from Italy. The receptionist (sorry, didn't get her name) went out of her way to check for us. All in all a first class experience”
“Was kept awake for a large portion of the night by a wedding party. Children and adults running up and down the corridor and yelling. We were close to reception so this could definitely be heard by staff who chose to do nothing. By 2am we could still hear it so we ended up opening the door and having a huge argument with the idiots outside. Had an early flight the next day. Needless to say we will not be using this hotel again. May I suggest when you have a function, you place those guests in one area together and those looking for a restful night's sleep, you put elsewhere, away from the party? We mentioned it reception when checking out and the response was 'I'll mention it to the manager'.
Absolutely will not return.”
“Initial impression was very promising meeting our needs for an overnight stay.
However, we needed a sleep to break up our journey which we didn't get. The noise from the fans in the bathroom and the room didn't allow us to sleep at all.”
