“Used this hotel regularly for overnight stays on eve of holidays, excellent modern hotel, very nice rooms and excellent restaurant. However, l was disappointed to find that we were charged £15 parking for one night. This always used to be free and considering we are paying to stay at hotel, using the bar and dining in the restaurant l think this is taking liberties. I took the £9 service charge off the restaurant bill and told the waitress that we always tip or pay service charge but because the company were charging us £15 to park l wasn't prepared to. I would have paid £5 to park but £15? Disgusting!”
“After eating bland limited menu. Had a sleepless night room above banging doors and very noisy. Had to leave hotel at 430am mentioned issues at reception. Morning receptionist not helpful at all.”
“We stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn Garwick Worth before our flight. The hotel room was very clean and tidy and only a short drive to the airport parking. Recommended.”
“Excellent guest service , couldn’t do enough for us, all staff really helpful especially as we arrived late from our flight with minutes to spare before the kitchen closed and doing us a late meal was not a problem for them which we was so grateful for .. really good experience all round will definitely stay again .”
