“Very convenient location for Gatwick airport, and great location for the excellent APH parking site. The hotel looks inviting, and the staff we came across were very friendly and efficient. Our room was very good, as was the evening meal we had. Definitely stay there again.”

“Good location for the airport. The hotel was way better than expected, staff were relaxed and friendly. The room was quite large, clean, tidy and quiet with a choice of pillows.
Breakfast was good as well. Even better it was included so we got a refund on the hotel bill when checking out the following day.”
“Struggled with our sat nav to find the hotel and drove past it before we actually arrived. Once arrived the whole experience was good. Parking was well signed and easy, check in was smooth with a friendly welcome. The hotel was clean, well kept and inviting, with plenty of seating and eating areas. The menu was varied and reasonably priced, and the food was good. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and professional.
The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.
We did ask to be moved as our allocated room was near a noisy air con unit, this was dealt with straight away, we had a good night's sleep.
Overall a good experience and would certainly use this hotel again.”
