“Hotel was fine, nothing special but ok. Restaurant not great. However, the next morning my daughter woke up with bites all over her legs, and the hotel has completely refused to accept any responsibility. Apparently if I'd informed them immediately they might have done something - difficult to do when you're checking out at 6am to catch a flight and there's no-one on reception. Won't be staying there again.”
“Check in easy and staff friendly. My booking was a family room, 2 adults and 2 kids. It would have been nice to have have two single beds for the kids. Instead we had a double for them which caused a few moans ands dampened the spirits on the start of the holiday.
We got there around dinner time so decided to eat at the restaurant to save getting back in the car after a long drive. Food was lovely however rather pricy at £93 for 3 burgers and chips, 1 chicken dippers and chips with 6 soft drinks. This included 12.5 % service charge automatically added to the bill.”
“The hotel was convenient for the airport and it was nice to have the pool. However, the poolside and changing rooms had not been cleaned for a while so there was litter left about.
The room was comfortable but the aircon was noisy even when switched off. The soundproofing was also poor between the interconnecting rooms so we were kept awake by the family next door.”
“Quick check in, polite staff, room very comfortable and so close to Gatwick for an early flight. Would definitely stay again, also 5 minutes from Crawley for restaurants and shopping.”
