“Quick check in, polite staff, room very comfortable and so close to Gatwick for an early flight. Would definitely stay again, also 5 minutes from Crawley for restaurants and shopping.”
“I’ve used this hotel before and will use it again if I’ve got an early flight. The rooms are spacious enough for my wife and I and our daughter. There is a well appointed gym and a decent pool, albeit the pool was a little on the chilly side. It also has a steam room. The restaurant and bar are good and the food was tasty.”
“Only stayed for 10 hours as short stop over before flight. Interior of the hotel throughout was well appointed. Very convenient for the airport with a couple of routes available (so options if one is slow)”
“Although during our overnight stay the bar and dining area were much colder than we could bear and a lack of hot water in our room took the shine from our stay, I appreciate that there was a serious problem with the system and almost certainly a very temporary situation. I am prepared to forgive this as something such as this was out of the management's control and I feel sure that every effort was being made to rectify the problem. Apart from this, I was thoroughly pleased with the hotel.”
