“room was actually an allocated special needs user room. with bathroom design and quality affected by this. room ok clean tidy with a few maintanace isues, shower lacked any power at all”
“A very convenient hotel for Gatwick airport. We had a very nice cocktail but didn’t order food. We did overhear someone complaining that they had to wait for 45 minutes for their meal. The bedroom was comfortable and clean but the air conditioning was very noisy.”
“Nice little hotel, lovely room, all mod cons including a microwave! Gym, swimming Paul and steam room. (The swimming pool was freezing) nice bar and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and professional. We got a really great deal on this hotel with meet and greet parking.”
