“Clear instructions prior to arrival ,easy to find ,booking in process was smooth ,bus waiting to take us to airport ,from booking car in to arrival at airport around 20mins .Highly recommend and will definitely use again”
“It was cheap parking, but is a fair distance from the airport. It did what it said on the tin. The only annoying thing was the bus to pick us up did not have Cophall parking on the front apart from one sheet of A4 paper which we never saw. Had it not been for the driver somehow seeing my reserve parking card in my hand, we would have missed the bus not knowing that it was our bus.”
“On arrival everything was great, 2 very polite ladies took the keys of me, explained what would be happening and a bus stood outside waiting taking us to the Terminal. 15min later we arrived, perfect.
On the Return sadly everything changed. We were told to call the reception once we retrieved our luggage and cleared customs, which I did. Bearing in mind it was around 3am in the morning and we came of a long flight back from Africa, we were a little tired, a gentleman asked me for a number on a card, which we were given when we dropped the car off, a couple of weeks previous. As I couldn't find it immediately (I didn't know I would need it) he grew impatient and kept shouting things at me. I told him to slow down, I couldn't understand him very well, he's had a strong foreign accent and the airport was noisy, he then said something like "just find it, or similar to that, get the info, I don't know and just hung up. I phoned back shortly after and been told to go to Stand 6, a bus would arrive shortly and got hung up again. When we got to the stand another lady was standing there already, been told the same thing. So the whole previous phone calls were totally irrelevant, he could have just send me to Stand 6, doesn't take a genius to work that out. Regardless we then waited another half an hour in the freezing cold, around 4C that morning, before a bus finally turned up, the lady that was there, even longer. Just not good enough, not how you want your holiday to End, that it may take a little while for a bus to arrive, I just about accept, that being said, around 3:30am with virtually no traffic around I see little reason why, but rude staff I do not accept.”
