“Have used Cophall parking for many years and always found them to offer a good and reliable service. However since they merged with maple parking the service seems to be much slower. A transfer left as we arrived and we had to sit on the next bus in the cold for 25 mins before it left.
Despite calling (as requested) when we left baggage reclaim we waited 25 mins for a bus to arrive. In that time two purple parking buses had stopped and two of another company (will be using one of these going forward).
This delay after a long journey makes a big difference.
Also no idea why you are asked to call as the buses seem to just run when they run. Our keys were not ready (and took a little bit of time to be found) and we went from south terminal to north even though there was no one to pick up there!”
“Excellent service so easy to book on line.. directions given are easy to follow.. when you get to far park just give your car registration and your keys.. very efficient service and when you return your car is ready after one phone call.
