“The staff in the hotel were knowledgeable and helpful , the room was spacious, clean and more than you would expect for a one night stay. We had dinner and breakfast both meals were excellent although maybe the dinner menu a little restricted.”
“We had a 1 night stay here before flying our Tui flight early the next day, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was a fantastic location within the airport. We had dinner which was not so great. Fish and chips - chips were great - fish was not nice at all and mushy peas were cold. The special - Steak Pie & Chips , again chips great - pie was "ok"
Otherwise room was fab, great facilities We got lost around the corridors and stairs but that was our fault for not taking the lift lol. If I did fly again from Gatwick I would use thsi hotel but avoid the meals, we thought they were overpriced and below average.”
