“Absolutely disappointed with our stay. Air conditioning in room not working so had a very uncomfortable night as room was too hot. Was told hotel was full. Saw a different person next morning who said rooms were available. Very poor breakfast choice on offer at 5:30am with no hot options available until after 7am”
“An easy location to access flights from the North Terminal, Gatwick. Well maintained rooms with exceptional front desk personnel. The included breakfast which starts at 4.00 hrs is a real boon for those departing on early morning flights but the the restaurant neals are, to be Frank, bog standard. Surely they could come up with at least a few interestingly creative options especially at the excessive pricing. Having said that, I will use it again for early morning flights.”
“Everything nice and smooth room clean great but the restaurant not much choice on the menu food was good but £14.10 for 250ml glass wine a bit overpriced”
