“Check in was overly long with what seemed to be a new member of staff flying solo. She was unsure of a number of details including which lift to use to get to our room.
The main meals inthe restaurant were tasty however the Sundae dessert was underwhelming. The server was quick to respond and told us he would informt the chef.
The shower gel in the room was empty.”
“A one night stay in order to get a nights sleep before an early flight the next morning. The Hilton is located adjacent to the South Terminal - if arriving at the airport by bus or coach, the hotel is accessed via a walkway from the Short Term car park. Reception was efficient and friendly - if booked via a parking and hotel deal, make sure you have your booking number handy. The room was clean and comfortable and well sized. Huge TV on the wall, although the sound quality was very tinny. Dropped my room card at reception on my way out the next morning and that was that. No complaints, job done. I would be happy to use the Hilton again.”
“It was wonderful to arrive at the airport and be within a short undercover walk to South Terminal. The hotel room was v well equipped and beds/pillows excellent. Soundproofing also excellent! Dined in the restaurant and it was a good meal; unhurried and with friendly waiter. Will use again.”
“A perfect stay prior to a very early flight. A quiet, comfortable room, staff were polite and friendly and I had a lovely meal in the Japanese restaurant. It took less than 10 minutes to leave my hotel room, check in my luggage and get to the departure area. An enjoyable and hassle-free start to my holiday.”
