“Have used the Hilton group of hotels before in fact we have used this particular hotel as a package with APH , and received very good standards in the past , But on this occasion standards fell well below what you would expect from a Hilton , to start with one of two bottles of complementary water was empty , long black hairs on the bathroom floor on top of the toilet and in the shower tray , and there was no toilet tissue in the bathroom, reference the toilet tissue I was just coming out of our room just confirming that I was going back to the reception to obtain some when a young man walking by heard what I was saying and said hang on I will get a roll from my room for you to help you which he did , this was then 8 to 8.30pm and as we had to be up at 3 o'clock got on with the room , next morning when we checked out at at approximately 4.45am we did advise all this to the receptionist she advise she would report this to the duty manager , I thanked her but I explained we needed to get going as we had an early flight , so I think you will understand why we were disappointed with our stay and a bit reluctant to revisit or recommend”
