“The facilities in the room were excellent although my wife diid find the bed a wee bit high
The food in the garden retaurant was OK .
Amy's bar was very comfortable and the range of drinks very good .The salads which accompanied our snacks were bland and tasteless.
All of the staff we met were courteous and friendly with the glaring exception of one receptionist who was extremely condescending and supercilious .His arrogance was unacceptable and he should be removed from front line duties for further training asap”
“Stayed here before our holiday flight. The hotel is great for the South Terminal. The day of our stay coincided with the worldwide “Microsoft” outage issue and the staff were fantastic. Had a good evening meal and again the staff in the restaurant were brilliant.
