“We booked on line, easy, as with our stay at the Heathrow T2 Hilton. Finding the hotel was easy, good signage after getting off the 'Long Stay' car park bus. Checking-in wasn't too long and the room was very comfortable. We had a good dinner and a few drinks afterwards. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially our waiter in the garden restaurant. checkout was easy, just dropped the keys in the box.
Only one negative, I wasn't allowed the points on my Hilton Honours card as, so the receptionist informed me, I had booked on-line. This was not the case in the Heathrow Hilton!”
“Room was OK but bed mattress had seen better days and was collapsed in the middle and was very bouncy every time you moved in bed.
The garden restaurant food was bland, poor quality and had been precooked and heated on demand”
