“The service was great, answered phone calls promptly. It was my first time to Gatwick and I left from North terminal then collected from South, which I found quite difficult to locate from the calls I had with lots of background noise around me. I would recommend using google maps to understand the layout if you are new to the area but it was a great professional service!”

“Very good service - had a slight wait for a representative when arrived at Gatwick but on the return journey it took longer than expected to get to the parking layby so the representative had to wait. I would definitely use the service again - is a lot less hassle than getting a bus to the parking lot as we were on our way as soon as we left arrivals.”
