“Worked as promised, car was retrieved and returned. I was unimpressed with the difficulty of retrieving the car on our return however - the service had is waiting for 20 minutes despite calling after customs as instructed. They asked for the time I had put in as my expected time of arrival, which I didn't know as I'd made the booking six months ago and they information was not included in the booking confirmation email either. After a long confused phone call they managed to locate the vehicle by registration. If the time of return is that critical, maybe they should ask for the flight number instead and track the actual arrival times online. That'd remove the need for relying on estimates and allow to react to changing flight times and delays.”
