“My first time using Meet & Greet service. On arrival, a rep was with us within seconds, after finishing checking in another person. he explained that another rep was on their way, as he had to take the previous customer's car. The second rep turned up within 2 mins. The rep explained collection procedure and that it would take 5-10 mins for the return after the phone call.
On return phoned APH meet & Greet as instructed. Took about us 5 mins to get to the collection area. As it was fairly quiet at the airport approx 2200, expected the car to arrive quickly. It took a further 20 mins for my car to arrive, 25 mins from the phone call, not as I was told.
