“We were not told about the additional £10 parking cost for the hotel.
We were told to call 10 minutes before we arrived at the airport, which we did. 30 minutes later the car collection driver arrived.
On our return, when we rang, we were told that it was the wrong time so someone would ring us back to let us know when they were coming. We waited where we said, and purely by chance noticed our car waiting as they'd not called us.
So, certainly made drop off / collection much easier so we would use it again, but communication could be improved!”
