“Was asked when I arrived if I wanted the car valleted which I was happy to have done..
When I arrived home ...2 issues...
1/ when I called to record my return the staff member could not find my booking initially and tried to tell me I was not in their system.. eventually they found my booking though...
2/ when my car came it was not valeted as the reason was that they were short staffed and had no one to do it before our collection...

“Service good. My flights was cancelled and delayed flight 24 hrs later, I called in advance to inform the office, yet the day of drop off I was charged £20. Unnecessary excuse to money grab for changing one day less. Poor and would not have expected”
