Have you sold out to a larger company? I do not understand how your complete service has become so poor. The telephone number and directions given on your own literature are incorrect, when I sent emails they were not read and the replies simply asked what I wanted!
Meet & Greet strongly implies that someone will be waiting for you at the given location, even though we called at the specified times given in the instructions by APH. Both on departure and arrival we waited 20 minutes, so it was us that met and greeted you!
Upon returning we endured a semi threatening conversation with your operator who gave a huge list of directions to the meeting place and then stated (threatened) we had 20 minutes to be there or get a charged. They were abrupt and confrontational so received the same tone in response. Then raced to the collection point (same as drop off, so why not just say so instead of complicating things with a list of directions through the airport), we got there within 5 minutes and then waited another 20 minutes for the car to arrive.
APH your literature is unhelpful and wrong, your staff are uncaring and uninterested and I have no idea how they or why your service has nosedived so drastically? It was not one thing, it was the entire process.
I am pleased there are other operators and options out there because we will not use or recommend APH again.”
