“Brilliant service from start to finish. I arrived back an hour earlier than I had planned (didn’t allow for time zone difference!) and they still managed to get my car to me as quickly as possible. Would definitely use again.”
“Its not quite Meet and Greet service. I was expecting better service with someone present to recieve you at all times. Didn't realise I have to call them before handing over the keys. Even after calling 10mins before had to wait longer for someone to turn up and collect the car to drive off. No details of how far the car is driven to are provided. On return the car was very dirty and covered in dust. I was told it's an open car park and the weather was to blame. I also found the instructions little confusing on the return. I would pay more for the ontie car park as its much better. I found staff was friendly and professional.”
“Phoned ten minutes before arrival as instructed and driver was waiting at drop off for us left car happy in the knowledge our car was in safe hands as used APH many times before, returned from holiday picked up cases and phoned driver by the time we got outside our car turned up. Courteous and polite driver. Thoroughly recommend APH meet and greet.”
“Found it very confusing on the drop off as was looking for signage or an office. Went wrong and went to the other meet and greet places, got the luggage out and went to the office and they said you are in the wrong place. Put all the luggage back in car and drove round again. I didn't realise it was drop off in a lay-by. Man was very friendly who picked up the car”
