“North Terminal we pulled up on the left outside of the Premier Inn. The APH driver was there almost immediately. Checked over the car and took photos then gave us a ticket and reminded us of return proceedure. Upon return we called APH once we had our luggage and returned to the Premier Inn. The APH driver arrived about 2 minutes later. Car was fine and only had an additional few miles on the clock showing the vehicles are parked not too far away. Excellent service and well worth the reasonable extra cost. I will never use Long Term car parks again and wait ages for buses.”

“Excellent service from start to finish! We called when we were about 10 minutes away. We got a bit lost so it took us maybe 20mins but staff were there waiting. Really quick handover and we were off! When we landed we were over an hour delayed but again staff so were very friendly on the phone. Gave detailed instructions on where to meet them and then the car came really quickly. Excellent service and we wouldn't be able to do drive to the airport without using this service now! Would recommend without hesitation”
