“Great service overall in terms of dropping of and collecting at the terminal. Short walk made it much easier with two kids.
Only part I didn't like was when I viewed the tracking on my car it showed me vehicle was stored at a residential address nearby (searched Googlemaps) and was driven a few times on short journeys whilst I was away. So not locked up in a secure compound with CCTV at all which goes against what is advertised. The idea of paying a company to then use my vehicle for the week I'm away doesn't sit right with me so not sure I will use again.”
