“On return phoned when had baggage as instructed. Told it would be 30 minutes. Turned out to be 45. Rather defeats the point of valet parking. Not enough drivers at night.”
“We have used Meet & Greet before happily but we were disappointed this time that we had to wait 30 minutes from our phone call before our car was returned to us. Fortunately it wasn't too cold or wet but our next trip is December so I'm not sure I want to wait that long in Winter!”
“Had used previous meet and greets and all been fine but this time when the car was returned and had mould growing inside on seatbelts/seats. Looks like the car had been kept somewhere cold and damp over the winter.”
“Quite easy and well organised. Didn't have to waite long before my car was picked up and also was brought to me when I returned. The designated drop off was confusing as it was not signposted or explained on the instruction given in the email.”
