“Postcode inaccurate on the information and took us to the wrong terminal to drop the car off. When we picked up the car we were told 20 mins and it was 40 before our car was delivered. An accurate indication of timings would have made the experience more pleasant, but overall we were dealt with politely and our car came back to us safely.”
