“I booked our meet and greet a long time before the holiday. I have used this service through APH before and it was always excellent. This time however, It didn’t run smoothly. I pull into car park 5 at Gatwick North Terminal as I’d done in the past. No one was there to meet us. After 10mins I rang up to find out that I was meant to meet at the Premier Inn lay-by ! I ended up having to go round the one way system again. It cost me £5. I didn’t know that APH have given these services out to other providers. By the time I finally parked in the right place I was running late. The collection after the holiday went better thankfully. Think I’ll be sticking to the mini bus service from now on.”
