“Drop off was great, however pick up not so much. You brought me the wrong car and I had to wait another 15/20mins for the correct car to have been brought over. I may as well have paid less and got the bus transfer due to the amount of time I had to wait for the correct car.”

Our original flight was cancelled at the last minute and the tram at I love meet and greet quickly changed all the details for us. Easy to follow meeting instructions, very helpful and attentive staff - no problems at all - would definitely use again.”
