The parking representative was waiting for us both when dropping off and picking up despite very early departure time so we did not have to wait around at all. Very impressed and was excellent value for money.”
“Everything worked fine except contacting you to delay the date for picking up the car. Your website says you can do ivia the website, but you cant. If you google how to contact you , all telephone numbets take you to aph general stuff that are unable to help you. Ringing the telepnone number you call 10 mins before you drop the car elecitted wionderful service, but I was phoning on a dodgy mobile connection from the middle of africa at enormous expence. Please make it easy to do things via the website, or have an aph page that explains who to contact under different circumstances.”
