“Was apprehensive having heard horrendous stories about some "meet and greet"companies ...Need not have worried about APH...Phone calls handled professionally and friendly, very helpful ....driver waiting our arrival again very polite..likewise on return,,,,, phoned as leaving customs,,,car arrived as we reached collection point, again polite driver!....certainly would use APH again...”
“More expensive than park and ride from the offsite parking which is a perfectly good service and either way, really nice helpful people: but, for an early start or a late finish, meet and greet saves a good half hour by the time you have booked in with APH, handed over the car, just missed the next bus which you saw departing as you arrived, unloaded your cases, humped them into the coach, sat waiting for the off and possibly got snarled up in the traffic to Gatwick. Ok, sometimes we have waited for the driver to appear to collect or deliver the car but either way, you know you're at the airport and it does take the stress out of it especially when you're running late. Just remember your £1 coin for the suitcase trolly!”
