“Our first experience of the meet and greet service. Although instructions were given for entering the drop off area, we ended up going around 3 times, before we called to say we had arrived. We parked and waited outside the Premier Inn, North Terminal, as there was a lack of signage, or we never identified a sign. Once the M&G driver arrived, we handed the car over and got our receipt. On return, called once we had retrieved our luggage and the car was delivered back to us. A large visible sign needs to be erected at the designated drop off point. Overall very satisfied and we will be using this service again. MK”
