“Collection of car was brilliant - courteous friendly driver concise directions and prompt etc .
However, the driver who returned our car was extremely rude. After waiting approx 15 minutes in the biting wind -the driver would not let me touch my car key to open the boot or turn the ignition on until I sign for the car - I wanted to check the car and mileage before signing - to which he asked why. He then stood on the pavement looking in the opposite direction - he then agreed to let me turn the ignition on and open the boot with the key in situ. After checking the mileage etc (while my friends were loading the car with our luggage) I advised him that all was ok . He would not step to the car to enable me to sign his hand held device - my friend had to hand it to me -I commented that I was hardly likely to drive away while the luggage was still on the pavement and my passengers were not in the car ! APH - your driver was atrocious, extremely rude and certainly not an asset to your company. Ignorant rude and very unprofessional. Such a shame as our initial experience was more than satisfactory.”
“Very smooth service and very organised. Called 10 minutes before arriving and representative had my details before I’d even communicated all of the information. Representative was waiting when we arrived to drop off. On return, only a short 5 minute wait for car.”
