“Just used APH Meet and Greet for the 4th time - we'd never do anything else when catching flights now - they are BRILLIANT. It is such a stress-free system, it just makes travelling so much easier, especially when travelling with children or if you have very early or very late flights - you just drive there and go straight in to check in, equally when you're tired from your return journey, they're right outside so you just hop in and go. They are a lovely group of staff too - always so kind and polite and this time - super helpful in that he asked where we were going home to after our night flight back home, and he continued to tell me all the roads that were closed on my way home and detailed directions of what route I should take, which was unbelievably helpful at 1am with two v sleepy children - last think I wanted was to come up to a road closure and have to work out an alternative route - if I could give 10 stars I would!”
“Great efficient service but very disappointed with the state of the outside of the car. It looked like it had been in the middle of a field all week. We had to spend money on getting it cleaned when we got back.”
