“Very efficient service. The instructions when we approached Gatwick were very clear, the guys were there to meet us and we had no waiting time for the collection of the car which was in the same condition with only a few miles added for the transfer to the parking area.”
“All worked well, would have given 5 stars, but the meet and greeters appeared to be very short staffed on our departure. So had to wait for 20 minutes to habd over the car - not really what the service is about?! Fast collection which was good.”
“Not quite as smooth as usual - phoning in on the approach to the airport, not so quick in getting the car on our return - 20 minutes waiting.
And the car splattered in bird droppings when delivered.
So perhaps need to address these issues.”
