“We called 10 minutes before arrival as instructed. Arrived at the terminal Gatwick South and there was no one to be found.
Spoke to the other meet-and-greet drivers - we were in the correct place so called and were told the drivers were there. We couldn't find them - waited a bit longer and started to get worried, the wife took the luggage to check-in.
A few minutes later a small van turned up and 4 people got out and 1 took the car. On reflection I would have appreciated a slightly more comprehensive handover - had they damaged the car I can't see how I would have had anything to support it - the guy took a couple of pictures but I'm not sure it would be enough.
Not quite as stress-free or slick as I would expect.
On return, we called once we had our luggage and as we walked to the meeting point my car pulled up next to me - that was perfect.”
“Very prompt welcome on departure. Same goes for arrival back which was 4 hours delayed. Car appeared as we walked towards meeting point. All handled very professionally.”
“Excellent service phoned to let them know we were 10 minutes away. When we arrived the driver was already waiting a quick check of the car photos taken and we walked across the road to departures. On arrival back again easy just phoned to let them know we had picked up our bags and they arrived within 30 seconds to drop off the car.
All drivers were very friendly and everything ran smoothly would highly recommend and will definitely use again.”
