“Called the number provided 10 mins before arrival and line kept cutting off when pressed 1, couldn't find the badly signed pick up point , drove to our hotel and asked them to call, same kept cutting off, if it wasn't a taxi driver that showed us where to wait which we did for 40 minutes before he finally got through not impressed at all . Pick up was fine on return”
“Very good service on our outbound journey, driver was waiting for us when we arrived outside the Premier Inn. However we did have to wait about 20 minutes for our car to arrive on our way back. But all in it is a good sevice and I will continue to use it.”
