Couldn’t find the meet point initially - the emailed instructions weren’t as clear as they could have been.
We called the number to get them, but the lady who answered was very flustered and rushed, so the call felt quite rude, like we were inconvenient calling.
She said they would be there in 10 mins but after 15 we called and got the same ‘just get off the phone’ attitude - they came 5 mins later.
Brilliant customer service from there with the drivers and also when we arrived back.
