“We were affected by the August Bank Holiday fiasco and APH couldn't have been more accommodating allowing us to retrieve our car and return the next day to a different terminal. They made it simple and the collection/delivery guys were also very pleasant.”
“Do not use this company at all. I trusted them with my car and they lost the emergency key that was hidden internally in the fob and are not accepting any responsibility. According to them they class the emergency key as an additional key, so beware. Take your own photos of your car and keys. Even though you need to give the whole fob with the emergency key otherwise they would have been stuck if the fob failed.
If you want the car and keys back in one piece, use a different company.”

“We booked the full Meet and Greet service as our flight was due to land at 11.30. We wanted to be able to leave the airport as quickly as possible. Once we got our luggage we phoned and were told they were short-staffed and that it would be at least 15 minutes before any brought the car. We went to the collection point to find that there were already a number of people waiting for their cars. I estimate we waited over 30 minutes at the collection point for our car.”
“I have used APH for many years and found the service to be really good in general.
Recently booked it as usual for a family holiday as with young kids it can be really useful.
They were late collecting the car and had a half-hour wait for the car to be delivered when we returned with 2 tired and grumpy kids. For the time waiting we could have easily picked a cheaper service with one of the buses to the long stay car park. I would recommend APH, but not for Meet and Greet.
Also, when contacting them they stated that it is a service operated by another company on their behalf so basically if anything goes wrong it is not their fault, even though it is dressed up to look like you are getting a premium service. If I do it again I will most likely book directly with I Love Meet and Greet than through APH as they basically pass you over to I Love Meet and Greet anyway.”
