“Terrible service - awaiting reply from my complaint. Forget the published -“ your car will be waiting for you on your arrival” Took 10 minutes to get through to the telephone number only to be told 20 minute wait for my car. After chasing further waited 50minutes for my car to arrive at the airport. Booked meet and greet to make a long journey better - terrible decision the buses ran quicker than this service. Poor attitude from staff. A lot of money for a poor service.”
