“Really good communication prior to drop off and collection when making the requested call to confirm our arrival. Excellent service at drop off being met on arrival. Had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for our car when picking up. Would have rated 5 out of 5 if the car had been waiting or arriving as we did. All staff were friendly, polite and professional. Would use the service again.”
“A great service - ready at Gatwick to collect our car and a professional service! One piece of advice might be to call earlier on return when airport is really congested to make sure car is ready at collection point BUT will use them again!”
