“Although clear instructions were given at the time of booking and when we were approaching terminal North there was no visible signage at the meeting point. It would help a lot to have some prominent signage opposite the Premier Inn.”
“Cant prove it but car was wet on full of leaves on return - heating left on full power in attempt to dry it before we got car - won't use again and appears very suspect”
“First time I have used meet and greet, don't think I will use again. Everything was OK when we dropped off the car, but on return called as instructed and it took 45 minutes before our car turned up.”
“Drop off was easy just follow the instructions given to you, our driver who took the car was very curtious and explained everything, offered us a trolly but we did not need that.
Pick up even easier, called once luggage obtained and through customs, picked up car in same place as dropped off and car was exactly as when I had left it at Gatwick North Terminal.
Will use the service again.”
