“On arrival back in UK was told car would be 20minutes wait. It was 1.30am, freezing cold & so waiting for car was disappointing. The car arrived but hardly a ‘meet & greet’ service. Driver was grouchy & didn’t say anything apart from asking for a signature.”
“Easy to book and clear instructions to find the meet and greet point both on departure and return. Keep receipt in safe place as QR code needed when collecting car.”
